Who Can Join

Our regular open classes are ideal for those who have prior yoga experience and are looking to deepen their practice. These classes offer a blend of dynamic flows, strength-building postures, and mindfulness techniques, designed to challenge and refine your skills. Join us to explore new aspects of your practice and connect with a like-minded community. All levels of experience are welcome, but some prior knowledge of yoga fundamentals is recommended.
